This sometimes leaves them with doubts as to the legitimacy of the company. This brief article has been added to our website to give confidence to customers in using our services.
Apostil.co.za is legit and runs smoothly
We are a real company! We are registered legitimately, have a registered bank account, tax number, VAT number and treat your personal information with care (according to POPIA). For any question as to our company, please email us or phone us on the details below and request what you need.
For questions as to our ability to receive, safeguard and process, then collect or obtain and send your documentation to you, we have a stunning track record of thousands of happy clients. It is true that sometimes government departments have delays, or circumstances such as loadshedding, cable theft, strikes and such can halt processes at government and other buildings. But our services are reliable and take the necessary care with your instruction/s and documentation.

Our numbers are listed on every page of our website and all our emails and quotes/invoices. If you call and don’t get through, leave a message, email us or try again later. Not getting through on our phones simply means we are on both lines with other clients at the same time.

People ask about our delivery track record. Our company almost always manages to achieve service levels, but in short, we are not the government and no-one can guarantee timing.
As mentioned in our website footer, “we represent a privately owned apostille and documentation services firm. We are not a government department or High Court issuing body. We charge for helping you to obtain various documents/legalisations/certifications. We are your concierge service in South Africa, especially for those clients who are abroad. Our only verified reviews online are on Google Places and Reviews.io. These are real reviews from real people, all actual previous clients of ours (many of them are also recognisably South African names). They correctly reflect the situation in using our company.
Apostil.co.za will not use websites such as HelloPeter to respond to clients, either for praise or complaints, as these websites extortionately charge businesses to reply. That said, we do not appear to be listed on such websites currently due to our excellent track record.
