For Police Clearance and Home Affairs documentation, you may read the below already.
For all documents and requirements/instructions, such as apostilles and divorce decrees, please wait for our email or call.
- Process to apply for a South African police clearance
You have the SA Police Clearance 91(a) form fingerprinted with ink and stamped, then courier the form to us, together with a copy of your ID or passport (certified as a true copy with a stamp). You can have the fingerprints taken at any place that offers an ink fingerprinting service, or in front of a lawyer who confirms that the fingerprints are yours.
- Process to apply for South African Home Affairs documentation
Please complete the correct form (see some of the DHA forms here or on our Pricing page), then scan with a printer/photocopier and send back to us in a clear PDF via email. Also, a copy of your SA ID or any current passport, also in a clear PDF scan.
Please note: For marriage certificates, we will require a copy of your DHA-30 marriage register (you receive this on the day you got married, usually with 2 ID photos stuck to it). See attached for an example. Without this document we cannot guarantee an outcome or the timing to obtain one.
